Health and Wellbeing CQUIN Virtual Drop in Session
The healthy weight CQUIN has become much wider than about physical health, and in Yorkshire and Humber, we are incorporating whole health lifestyle around improving health and wellbeing for both our service users and staff.
Together our collective learning around trying to support improvements around physical health has led us to a more holistic position. We are aiming to link wellbeing in with the health passports. We have also found that it’s very difficult to keep motivation and engagement alive with the passports, and so we are planning to reenergize through these meetings and individual service in-reach using creative and fun ways.
Staff wellbeing is also an important element to ensure good engagement, especially after working through COVID conditions. We will think about how we can support staff to be motivated and engaged in managing their own health and wellbeing, because we are all – staff and service users – in similar positions health wise whilst moving out of COVID. This is with a view to support trusting relationships and collaborative working.
There will also, as usual, be a Newsletter produced from each of the meetings with all of the information from the meetings themselves, presentations as well as group work, and also any other interesting developments from these work streams. We hope to see you all there!
