A Blog by Jo Harris!

After working with the Yorkshire and Humber Involvement Team in one way or another since 2006, I have decided it was time to use my skills in other ways. From April I will be working part time as the Head of Lived Experience and Involvement with CPaQT in the Humber and North Yorkshire Provider Collaborative, and continuing part time in the Involvement Team.

My responsibilities in the team will change quite a lot, and it may mean I don’t see as much of some of you as I have in recent years. We will be in touch with those services it could affect shortly with new plans.

I continue to be completely committed to everything to progress involvement and therefore improving the quality of services and experience for service users and staff. I have absolutely loved working with you and the team to grow the Network over the years and that is why it is so hard to leave – well not completely… and this is why I aren’t quite going now.

For those of you in HNY I will still be around but in a different role in a different team, and I hope it isn’t confusing when you see me in my new role.

Can I thank you all in being part of my journey so far, and like I say – although I am almost gone, for now I am still here 😊

Best wishes
Jo Harris 🙂
