This was developed from the first CQUIN in 2008/9 around services developing an Involvement Strategy. There was a regional Involvement Strategy called Reaching Joint Solutions which guided individual services Involvement Strategies. The guidance was split in to 4 main areas – Individual, Ward, Unit and Regional Involvement. These standards help to raise the profile of Involvement and how to promote it, within different wards, across the units and regionally.
