This was not a CQUIN area; however everyone in the Network felt that this was an area that they wanted to develop some standards around to ensure that they could be more involved in recruitment and selection. The standards look at having a co-produced policy, being involved at different stages of recruitment and in a variety of ways, and having the opportunity for training in communication skills and confidentiality to support this. This can be done through the Recovery College.
