By uploading your content and entering data into the log in section of the website you are agreeing that this data can be viewed and shared with the partners of the Yorkshire and Humber Involvement Network: https://www.yorkshireandhumberinvolvementnetwork.nhs.uk/network-partners/; those services that also have log in access to this protected section of the website. This data will not be shared with the general public who have regular access to the website, only to those that have been allocated log in details, who agree to these Terms and who also agree to share their data with you. The scores that you upload will be used to create graphs comparing your data to those of the partner services allowing everyone with access to benchmark themselves against each other. This data as well as the supporting evidence you upload will be available on the website for a period of 3 years to allow longer terms trends to be identified, this will then be securely destroyed. The data is securely stored on servers within the UK. Please note: if you would like to share this data within your wider networks outside of the network partners identified above then please get in touch to ask for permission for this.
